Quality Analyst 2 : Kodiak
Job Description:
The Quality Analyst 2 role with a stronger emphasis on Data Quality Testing, works within our agile/scrum Product Engineering team to work on assigned testing tasks provided and overseen by a more senior Quality Analyst. This role takes on and completes small tasks to the definition of done, works with immediate peers, and communicates appropriately.

Responsibilities:
- Reviews User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
- Designs, develops, maintains functional test cases, and ensures all tests are traceable.
- Ensures defects are recorded, reported, re-tested and traceable to the user story.
- Applies SDLC and STLC concepts.
- Participates in creation and updates to the Quality Strategy.
- Ensures User expectations are met during the testing process.
- Documents test results.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Computer Science or engineering fields, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of overall software testing experience.
- 1+ years of experience in test automation of test cases and data quality testing.
- Experience writing SQL queries, querying relational databases, ETL testing and API testing.
- Experience with tools Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, ADO, Postman
- Basic programming skills in C#, Java or another Object-Oriented language.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology including Agile ceremonies.
- Understanding of the various QA terminologies, SDLC and STLC.
