Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bahadurgarh within the Quality Assurance Department, focusing on Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Injectable pharmaceuticals. The position requires overseeing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), conducting quality audits, and coordinating with other departments to maintain the highest standards of product safety and efficacy. The role also involves quality control activities, including process validation, documentation review, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Assurance, including a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and quality procedures.
- Proficiency in Quality Control techniques related to OSD and Injectables, ensuring adherence to operational and process standards.
- Experience in Quality Management and the implementation of effective quality systems to enhance overall operational standards.
- Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and their application in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Skills in conducting Quality Audits to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline such as Pharmacy or Life Sciences.
- Work experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in OSD and Injectable manufacturing, is highly desirable.
