Job Title: QA Automation Lead
Location: Coimbatore (Work From Office)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Lead to drive the test automation strategy and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will lead a QA team, design automation frameworks, and collaborate with development teams to implement effective testing practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the QA automation team and manage daily testing activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web and API testing.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
- Review test cases, automation scripts, and testing strategies.
- Track and report test results, defects, and quality metrics.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with strong focus on Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
- Strong programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
