Role Description
Buildbot Technologies is seeking a full-time Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Lead to join our team on-site in Vijayawada. The QA Automation Lead will spearhead automation testing initiatives, including creating and maintaining robust automation test scripts, analyzing test results, and ensuring high-quality software products. The role involves working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, identifying testing requirements, developing testing strategies, and mentoring junior QA engineers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium & similar frameworks
- Expertise in programming and scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation scripts
- Experience in Software Testing principles, creating test cases and quality assurance methodologies.
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead a team effectively,
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with tools like Kubernetes and cloud environments.
