QA Auditor (Quality Assurance Auditor) – Full Time | Onsite | Thane
We are hiring a QA Auditor to join our growing team in Thane. This is an onsite, full-time role for someone who is highly detail-oriented and strong in data validation, auditing, and marketing analytics.

Role Overview
The QA Auditor will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across marketing campaigns, reporting systems, and internal workflows.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity and ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards before reaching clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, paid ads, and funnels
- Validate and cross-check data across CRM systems, dashboards, and analytics platforms
- Identify discrepancies in reporting, lead tracking, and conversion data
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and client requirements
- Conduct regular audits of reports, dashboards, and campaign outputs
- Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to resolve issues
- Develop QA frameworks, SOPs, and audit processes
- Provide insights to improve campaign performance and ROI
- Monitor workflows and identify inefficiencies
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in QA, auditing, or data validation
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Experience with Google Analytics, Excel or Google Sheets, and CRM systems
- Basic understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and lead funnels
- Ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing agencies or analytics-driven environments
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Looker Studio
- Understanding of conversion tracking and attribution models
- Knowledge of automation or data workflows

Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra (Onsite)
Working Hours: 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST
