About CxOrbiCxOrbi is an experience analytics platform — session replay, heatmaps, in-product surveys, app review mining, and AI sentiment analysis in one place. Product, design, and research teams use it to see exactly how people move through their web and mobile apps, and where they drop off.
We ship across a lot of surfaces: a React dashboard, a web SDK, and native iOS, Android, and Flutter SDKs. That's what makes quality here genuinely hard — and genuinely important. We're looking for someone early in their career who is stubborn about details and wants to own that.
What You'll Do- Write and execute test plans and test cases for the CxOrbi dashboard and for our web, iOS, Android, and Flutter SDKs
- Run regression passes before every release and keep the regression suite current as the product changes
- Verify session replay and heatmap capture across a browser and real-device matrix — clicks, taps, scroll, and movement should behave identically on every target
- Validate that in-product surveys and the feedback widget render and submit correctly across screen sizes and orientations
- Test privacy controls end to end — confirm passwords and sensitive fields never reach a recorded session
- Reproduce customer-reported issues and document them with clear steps, expected vs actual, logs, and a replay link
- File and track bugs through to closure, retest fixes, and confirm nothing regressed alongside them
- Sanity-check dashboards, funnels, and reports against known inputs so the numbers customers see are right
- Partner with engineering on release checklists and give the final sign-off before deploys go out
- Flag usability problems you hit while testing — you're the first real user of every build
Who We're Looking For- 0–2 years in manual QA or software testing — internships and serious academic projects count
- Available to join immediately — this is an urgent hire, so we're prioritising candidates who can start right away
- Comfortable testing on both desktop browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and real iOS and Android devicesPrecise written communication — a bug report someone can act on without asking a single follow-up question
- Methodical, curious, and stubborn about edge cases; you enjoy finding the thing nobody thought to check
- Bonus: exposure to API testing (Postman), browser devtools, proxy tools (Charles / Proxyman), or any automation framework (Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
