Responsibilities
- Component Inspection: Perform rigorous dimensional and visual inspections of valve components to ensure they meet technical drawings and specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate Quality Assurance (QA) records, inspection reports, and material test certificates.
- In-Process Monitoring: Monitor production stages to ensure manufacturing processes adhere to our quality standards.
- Instrument Calibration: Assist in the maintenance and periodic calibration of measuring instruments
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with precision measuring tools.
- Communication: Basic documentation skills and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
