We’re Hiring | Architect QA/ Principal QA Automation Engineer – AI Implementations & Banking Solutions
Location: Pune / Hybrid - Hinjewadi
Experience: 10–16 Years
Notice Period: Immediate
We are looking for an experienced Senior / Principal QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Banking and BFSI applications, Automation Testing, AI Implementation Testing, Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, and Enterprise Digital Platforms.
If you are passionate about building quality at scale and have hands-on experience validating AI-powered enterprise applications, this role is for you framework knowledge must, able to build frameworks and cater services to banking project with AI expertise
What You’ll Work On
- Enterprise Banking and BFSI applications
- AI-enabled automation platforms
- Generative AI and LLM-based applications
- Corporate Banking and Syndicated Lending systems
- Intelligent workflows, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Automation frameworks and CI/CD-driven testing
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QA activities across enterprise Banking platforms
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, API, and UAT testing
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG
- Validate APIs and microservices using Postman, Swagger, and RestAssured
- Perform backend and database validation using SQL
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and AI/Data teams
- Drive automation best practices and mentor QA engineers
AI Testing Experience Required
Hands-on experience in testing:
- AI-powered decision engines
- Intelligent automation solutions
- OCR and document processing systems
- Chatbots and Virtual Assistants
- Generative AI and LLM applications
- AI workflows, prompts, outputs, and integrations
- AI-enabled APIs and enterprise pipelines
Required Skills
- 10–16 years in Manual and Automation Testing
- Strong Banking and BFSI domain expertise
- Selenium WebDriver with TestNG or JUnit
- API Testing using Postman, Swagger, and RestAssured
- Java or Python knowledge
- SQL and Database Testing
- Agile and Scrum experience
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

- Corporate Banking, Syndicated Lending, or IG Syndicate
- AI-assisted automation tools
- Automation framework architecture
- CI/CD and Jenkins
- JMeter or LoadRunner
