Looking for a Mid-level Quality Analyst on Contractual basis for a company located in Europe/US. This is a Tele-Working/Work from Home opportunity from India, base location Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Your profile
You bring 3-5 years of hands-on QA experience and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments. You have a solid grasp of test strategy, automation, and are actively embracing AI-powered tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across cross-functional teams in a remote-first setup.
You enjoy the challenge of being exposed to different situations, company cultures, aviation domains, and technologies you must master quickly. You will leverage your drive, analytical intellect, professional skills to help our customers implement our solutions, and to help us drive our innovations. You show discernment, attention to details, and want to evolve quickly. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other related tools. You will work closely with the development and quality assurance teams to identify test requirements, develop test cases, and implement test automation solutions.
Additionally, you will analyze test results, report defects, and collaborate with the team to resolve issues.
Your main responsibilities:
- Design and execute comprehensive test scenarios ensuring full requirements coverage across functional, regression, and integration testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver or equivalent tools
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA; drive resolution in collaboration with developers
- Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes
- Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test case generation, exploratory testing, and defect prediction
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / BE / B.Tech or equivalent in a technical field
- 3-5 years of experience in software QA/testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, UAT, API testing)
- Working knowledge/exposure to Test Estimation, Defect Life Cycle, RCA processes
- Working knowledge of agile/Scrum development processes
- Proficient with JIRA or equivalent defect management tools
- Exposure to automation concepts
- AI in Testing (Must-Have): Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted tools or techniques in QA workflows - including AI-based test generation, smart test selection, or using LLMs for test documentation
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent written English communication
