Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Quality Associate. The Quality Associate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards through regular quality audits, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring accuracy in processes. Responsibilities will include analyzing pictures, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions to promote overall quality assurance. The role entails close collaboration with team members to uphold quality management protocols and meet organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Auditing.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify trends and root causes
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. BPO/KPO background preferred
- Should have their own laptop.
- This is a complete night shift job.
