Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Raipur for a Quality Assistant Manager. The Quality Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems throughout the hospital. Daily tasks include conducting audits, monitoring compliance with healthcare standards, analyzing quality performance data, drafting reports, and collaborating with departments to implement quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, this role involves the training of staff on compliance protocols to support the hospital’s commitment to excellence in patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and healthcare compliance standards
- Experience in conducting audits and preparing detailed reports on quality checks
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and train staff members
- Proven ability to lead and support quality improvement initiatives
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a significant advantage
