Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assistant located in Patna. The Quality Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with quality assurance standards, maintaining documentation records, and supporting the quality management system. Day-to-day tasks include performing quality checks, analyzing data to ensure product standards, organizing and managing quality-related documents, and collaborating with team members to uphold company quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices to ensure compliance with standards
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and addressing quality issues effectively
- Experience in Quality Management and implementing systemic quality processes
- Competence in Document Management for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of industry-related standards and regulations is a plus
- Relevant educational background in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
