Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for the role of Quality and Training Senior Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality assurance processes. Key responsibilities include leading quality audits, evaluating team performance, developing training programs, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to refine operational processes and drive a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Assurance and Audit processes, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Strong capabilities in developing training frameworks, identifying talent gaps, and delivering impactful training sessions.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the telecom or IT services industry is highly beneficial.
- Proven competency in change management and building a quality-focused organizational culture.
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in Quality Management are advantageous.
