Position: Quality Analyst (TT35ST RM 4041)
Qualifications : B.E. Mechanical/ Production.
Skills And Competencies
- Power BI knowledge will be added to the advantage.
- Excellent command of MS office tools, communication & presentation skills.

Overall Responsibilities And Duties
- Should have hands-on experience in Automotive Product/Part Development as STA (Supplier Technical Assistant)/SQE (Supplier Quality Engineer)
- PPAP, APQP Documentation: PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, process capability analysis, Product & Process Audit, Layout Inspection, Dimensional report analysis, Inward inspection report analysis, 5S,7QC Tools, G8D, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, Risk Assessments.
- Quality Management Systems processes & documentation: ISO 9000 & IATF 16949
- Rejection & Warranty cost analysis.
- Experience of Quality Audits of OEMs & supplier audits.
- Should have experience in various commodity parts e.g. Sheet Metal, Plastic, Foam, Fabric, Vinyl.
- should be familiar with usage of quality instruments handling
