We are architecting the real-time, cognitive infrastructure that allows financial data to

self-reconcile across distributed environments through agentic systems.

The industry is reaching a tipping point: shifting from static records to autonomous, agentic

systems. We are building the specialized middleware—combining high-performance system

languages and low-latency event buses—to make this transition possible.

We aren't looking for feature-builders; we are looking for the architects who want to build the

Core Responsibilities

● Test Strategy & Planning: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on

functional requirements, technical specifications, and user stories.

● Exploratory Testing: Perform deep-dive exploratory testing to identify edge cases, logic

flaws, and usability issues that automated scripts may overlook.

● End-to-End Verification: Execute manual tests across multiple platforms (Web and

Desktop) to ensure consistent behavior and data integrity throughout the entire

application lifecycle.

● Regression Testing: Conduct rigorous regression cycles after every release or system

update to ensure existing functionality remains intact.

● Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects using standardized

tools, providing clear steps to reproduce and prioritizing based on business impact.

● Database & API Validation: Use database queries and API testing tools to verify that

backend data processing matches the front-end user interface.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Developers and Product Managers

to define acceptance criteria and provide feedback on system design from a quality

perspective.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

● Senior-Level Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in manual software

testing, with a strong background in complex financial or data-driven applications.

● Testing Methodologies: Mastery of Black Box, Grey Box, Integration, and System

testing techniques.

● Database Proficiency: Competency in writing SQL queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and

navigating NoSQL environments (MongoDB) to perform data validation.

● API Testing Tools: Hands-on experience using Postman, Insomnia, or similar tools to

test RESTful endpoints and observe JSON responses.

● Systems Understanding: Solid grasp of client-server architecture, web technologies, and

how data flows through distributed systems.

● Analytical Thinking: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to isolate complex

bugs in non-linear workflows.

● Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear, concise, and professional bug reports and

technical documentation for engineering teams.

● Domain Knowledge: Understanding of core financial principles, such as ledgers,

reconciliations, and transaction processing
