About the opportunity:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and ownership-driven Quality Analyst who brings strong expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing and thrives in fast-paced FinTech environments.
What you will be working on:
Testing & Quality Assurance-
• Design, develop, and execute manual & automated test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance & security testing
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration-
• Work closely with developers, product managers & business analysts
• Translate business requirements into effective test strategies
Defect Management-
• Identify, log, track, and verify bugs through their lifecycle
• Ensure timely resolution and retesting
Automation & Process Improvement-
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts & frameworks
• Improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and QA processes continuously
Documentation & Ownership-
• Create clear test documentation, reports, and metrics
• Take complete ownership of product quality and proactively suggest improvements
What we are looking for:
Experience & Core skills-
• 5–6 years of experience in Manual & Automation Testing
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC & Defect Life Cycle
Automation & API Testing-
• Tools/Frameworks: Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress (or similar)
• API testing using Postman / RestAssured
Database & Devops-
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries & database validation
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git & Jenkins
Nice to have:
• Experience in FinTech / Banking / Payments domain
• Performance testing tools: JMeter, LoadRunner
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
