Quality Analyst (Manual + SQL Tester) Immediate Hiring
Experience Required: 4 - 8 Years
Location: Thane (W), Strictly Work from Office
Shift: 12:30 PM 9:30 PM IST
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented SQL Tester / QA Analyst with strong expertise in Manual Testing and Advanced SQL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating data accuracy, performing database testing, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.
This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to write complex SQL queries, and experience working in Agile environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform SQL testing and data validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity across applications.
- Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate, and validate data.
- Perform data manipulation operations, including insert, update, delete, and bulk data import/export.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries using joins, subqueries, and aggregate functions.
- Create and manage database views and indexes to improve query performance.
- Design and execute API tests using tools such as Postman or Swagger.
- Conduct manual testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing.
- Report, track, and manage software defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Analyse test results and provide feedback with recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure quality deliverables.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
- 4 -8 years of experience in Manual Testing and SQL Testing
- Strong expertise in Advanced SQL and Query Development
- Experience in API Testing (Postman / Swagger)
- Knowledge of ETL Testing and Data Validation
- Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory for US client interaction)
