For this engagement, we are developing an AI-enabled platform for an enterprise client, Fractal Analytics, integrating intelligent bots across recruitment, interview automation, evaluation workflows, and analytics dashboards.
Our platform combines conversational AI, workflow orchestration, and real-time evaluation engines to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions that make hiring faster and smarter.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to testing AI-driven systems in a live enterprise environment.
Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Intern – AI Platform to support end-to-end quality assurance for this AI-integrated enterprise solution.
You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to ensure functional accuracy, system reliability, and a seamless user experience.
The role involves:
- Functional and regression testing of dashboards and bot interfaces
- Testing AI conversational flows (happy paths, edge cases, and failure scenarios)
- Identifying hallucinations, reasoning inconsistencies, and dialogue breakdowns
- Validating API integrations and role-based access control
- Supporting UAT cycles and maintaining structured defect documentation
This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in testing AI systems beyond traditional QA workflows.
