Role Description
We are seeking a Quality Analyst with up to 1 year of experience for a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services by performing quality inspections, identifying areas for improvement, assisting in implementing quality assurance processes, and providing detailed reports. This role requires maintaining adherence to quality standards and working collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for investigating, identifying, and resolving quality-related issues
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes to ensure adherence to standards
- Proficiency in Quality Management practices for maintaining and improving the quality of services
- Strong Communication skills to effectively work with different teams and document findings
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of tools and software commonly used in quality analysis is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Computer Science or Engineering is preferred
