Finwell Growth Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to join our team in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
Position Details
Position: Quality Analyst
Location: Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Qualification: Semi-CA / B.Com / BBA
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and evaluate work quality as per defined standards
• Review processes, reports, and documentation for accuracy
• Identify errors, gaps, and process deviations
• Maintain quality check records and prepare reports
• Coordinate with team members to improve work quality
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and guidelines
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
✔️ Strong analytical and observation skills
✔️ Good knowledge of MS Excel
✔️ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✔️ Good communication and coordination skills
✔️ Ability to identify errors and suggest improvements
✔️ Candidates with a finance/accounts background will be preferred
