This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Analyst in ePublishing at Deanta, Chennai. As a quality analyst, you’ll be part of the quality management team and conduct quality audits.

Key responsibilities

• Auditing PDFs for layout and style following SOPs.
• Checking structuring when layout is incorrect and sharing feedback:
• With project management, editorial and/or production for training purposes.
• With the template team for any template improvements required.
• With technology for any functionalities that need updates or new development.
• Documenting the feedback for next level analysis.

What we’re looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in quality control (QC) / quality analysis (QA) in books.
• Familiar with production tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, MS Word)
• Familiarity with XML-based production workflow for books, including MS review.
• Experience with automated workflows is preferable.
• Ability to learn multiple styles and work on different accounts at the same time.
• Analytical skills.
