Role Description
NoBrokerHood is seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst with 0.6 to 4.0 years of experience in call auditing or call monitoring. This full-time role is based on-site in Bengaluru South. The Quality Analyst will monitor, audit, and analyze customer service calls, provide actionable feedback to improve communication quality and ensure adherence to established guidelines. The role includes collaborating with teams to streamline quality assurance processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management to ensure adherence to company standards.
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in call monitoring processes.
- Excellent Communication skills to provide constructive feedback and interact effectively with team members.
- Attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in call monitoring tools or systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience preferred.
