The Sleep Company is hiring for the position of Quality Analyst in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, and emails) for quality and process adherence
• Provide feedback and coaching to agents for performance improvement
• Identify training needs and support quality enhancement initiatives
• Analyze trends and recommend process improvements
• Participate in calibration sessions and maintain evaluation consistency
• Support new hire certifications and ongoing assessments
Requirements:
• Telugu language proficiency is mandatory
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience in Quality/QA preferred
• Good understanding of customer support processes
• Attention to detail and coaching ability
Location: Navi Mumbai
