Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Tester who is skilled in both Manual and
Automation Testing to ensure high-quality deliverables across our tech
projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about quality, detail-oriented,
and able to work closely with developers and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts
- Identify, log, and track bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
- Collaborate with developers to understand features and validate
Functionality
- Perform regression, smoke, and performance testing
- Develop and maintain test plans and documentation
- Set up and manage test environments for automation execution
- Recommend improvements to product quality based on testing insights
- Ensure timely delivery of QA tasks in coordination with the project team
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing
- Strong experience in both Manual Testing and Automation Tools (like
Selenium, TestNG, Postman, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with API Testing and writing SQL queries for data validation
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test case management tools
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in testing web, mobile, and cross-browser applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- ISTQB Certification is a bonus
