We’re looking for a sharp Quality Analyst to elevate customer interactions in a fast-paced BPO / Telesales environment.
📍 Location: Marol, Andheri (Mumbai)
💼 Role: Full-Time
🕘 Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Fixed)
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Monitor & evaluate customer interactions (calls, chats, emails)
• Identify gaps & drive quality improvements
• Coach agents with actionable feedback
• Analyze data, trends & performance metrics
• Create impactful reports & presentations
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 1+ year experience in QA / Customer Support / Telesales
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Hands-on with Excel, reporting & quality tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setup
🗣️ Languages:
English & Hindi required | Marathi / Kannada is a plus
