I am hiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Quality Analyst to ensure excellence in sales interactions through call audits, constructive feedback, and process improvement.
Location: Bengaluru
Job Type: Work from Office
Experience: Minimum 2 years in call auditing
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily audits of 50-60 calls to monitor and improve quality
Provide actionable feedback to sales executives.
Identify root causes and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
Address and resolve Social Media Complaints and Internal Disputes promptly.
Prepare quality metrics to track progress and identify trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
Currently working as a Quality Analyst or SME in edtech, fintech, or startups.
Experienced in sales call auditing and improvement planning.
Familiar with auditing and feedback methodologies.
