About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Quality Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test solutions to ensure high quality software delivery. You will work closely with the development and product teams to enhance automation coverage and improve performance across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Implement test frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Maintain and scale the automation test suite to align with project requirements and feature growth.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product managers to ensure test coverage and early detection of issues.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured.
- Utilize JIRA for test case management, defect tracking, and status reporting.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues and generate clear, actionable bug reports.
- Prepare detailed QA dashboards and automation reports for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Software Testing, with a strong focus on automation.
- Proven experience in building scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium, JMeter, Postman, TestNG, Cypress, or similar tools.
- Hands-on scripting/coding knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD integration.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with SQL for database validation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
