Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst role located in Jaipur. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, and ensuring their timely resolution. The role involves collaborating with development teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, analyzing testing processes, and contributing towards continuous improvements in quality management systems. Additionally, the Quality Analyst will play an important role in maintaining quality control and assurance practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management to ensure high standards and processes in testing activities.
- Proficiency in problem-solving with advanced Analytical Skills to identify and analyze issues effectively and to drive process improvements.
- Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate findings clearly and professionally.
- Experience with tools and processes utilized in software testing is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
