Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Quality Analyst. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying and documenting bugs, collaborating with developers to resolve issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. The role involves analyzing user requirements, identifying potential performance issues, and preparing reports based on testing outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience with Software Testing, Regression Testing, and System Testing to ensure quality performance and reliability
- Proficiency in Test Case Development, Test Plan Creation, and Test Management to systematically evaluate systems and software
- Ability to identify, document, and report Bugs and Defects effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail for identifying potential performance and usability issues
- Ability to work collaboratively with developers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance best practices and methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Experience with testing tools or automation frameworks is an advantage
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
