Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the statistical data related to recent trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in product quality and process efficiency.
- Conduct the regular quality assurance audit using quality assurance softwares and tools.
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures in collaboration with team and clients.
- Design, implement, and refine testing processes and procedures to identify potential issues effectively.
- Monitor quality metrics and performance indicators, report findings to management, and propose actionable improvements.
- Ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance standards.
- Collaborate with product development teams to recommend improvements and solutions for identified quality issues.
- Analyze test results and produce comprehensive reports that detail findings and recommendations for quality enhancement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for quality testing and assurance activities.
- Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness throughout the organization.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in website and web application testing, including functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case preparation, and bug tracking using tools like Jira.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong teamwork skills and work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress or web technologies is preferred.
