Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Lucknow. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of banking operations, ensuring adherence to established standards, and implementing quality control processes. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, providing feedback to improve processes, and collaborating with various departments to establish and maintain quality assurance frameworks. The candidate will also work to enhance overall operational efficiency and contribute to the bank's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in problem-solving to identify process gaps and areas for improvement
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Management, and implementing effective quality processes
- Proficiency in Quality Control methodologies to ensure adherence to standards
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and convey feedback
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; certifications in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus
