Role Description
Globiva is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The Quality Analyst will monitor and evaluate operational processes, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and providing actionable insights for process improvement. Responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing data trends, preparing quality reports, and collaborating with teams to develop and implement corrective actions. The role also requires identifying training needs and facilitating sessions to enhance team performance and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Assurance, Compliance Audits, and Process Evaluation
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
- Proficiency in Reporting and Data Analysis Tools
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, with ability to provide constructive feedback
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of industry-standard quality metrics and continuous improvement concepts
- Background in Business Process Management (BPM) or call center operations is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
