Quality Auditor – Revenue Cycle Management

About the Role
Ensemble Health Partners is a technology-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company helping hospitals and health systems across the US improve financial performance and deliver frictionless patient care. We're hiring a Quality Auditor to strengthen our QA processes and ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes across our RCM operations. You'll work directly with leadership and service line teams — with real ownership and visibility from Day 1.
What You'll Work On
- Perform quality audits and reviews across multiple clients and host systems including Epic, Athena, and Kareo
- Assess and improve QA processes covering Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and AR Follow-up
- Identify operational, compliance, and quality risks and prepare detailed findings and recommendations for leadership
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA, medical necessity, and clinical documentation compliance standards
- Coordinate with service line leaders to develop quarterly and annual review plans and track implementation of past recommendations
What You Bring
- 3+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in Quality Analysis within the healthcare or RCM domain
- Strong understanding of end-to-end RCM processes — Charge Entry, Payment Posting, Denial Management, AR Follow-up
- Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Proficiency in billing software such as Epic, Athena, or Kareo
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
Bonus Points: Certification in Medical Billing and Coding (CPC, CCS, or equivalent) | B.Sc./M.Sc. Nursing, B. Pharm, or Life Sciences background | Prior experience in a healthcare BPO or shared services environment
