About The Role
As an Associate Quality Auditor at Curefit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service and sales effectiveness. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate, monitor, and assess the performance of Assisted Growth (Telesales) representatives to ensure compliance with company policies, customer service protocols, and quality standards. This role involves conducting regular audits of recorded calls and chats, reviewing sales processes, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your insights and feedback will be instrumental in optimizing sales effectiveness, maintaining compliance, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including training and operations, to implement process improvements and ensure consistent quality across all customer interactions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 0-1 years of experience in quality assurance, sales, or customer experience roles. A bachelor’s degree is required. You should be self-motivated, dependable, and capable of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to work effectively within a team is essential. Basic proficiency in productivity tools such as email, calendar, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and Google Docs is necessary. Additionally, the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments is highly valued. Proficiency in Hindi and regional languages is an added advantage, facilitating better communication with diverse customer bases.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit recorded calls and chats to ensure compliance with internal control procedures, examining centers, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and areas for improvement, and communicate these effectively to relevant teams.
- Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities in training programs, processes, policies, and facilities to enhance overall quality standards.
- Enforce adherence to company requirements and advise management on necessary corrective actions.
- Collect, analyze, and summarize operational data to prepare special audit and control reports, identifying trends and potential risks.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and supporting cross-departmental initiatives.
- Maintain a strong focus on data integrity, customer safety, and delivering high-quality work.
- Identify barriers to customer success, whether they stem from tools, training, or process gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Become an expert on support processes, making data-driven recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback and audit findings.
- Collaborate with training teams to identify training needs based on audit results and support the development of targeted training modules.
