QA Engineer (Contract)
Experience: 3 – 5 Years
Location: Bangalore – Koramangala
Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in functional and regression testing, with a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Conduct functional testing to validate application behavior against business requirements.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new changes.
- Identify, log, track, and verify defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Manual Testing
- Hands-on experience in Functional Testing
- Good exposure to Regression Testing
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
