Job Title: QA Intern / QA Engineer (0–2 Years Experience)
Location: Indore
Job Type: Internship / Full-time
Work Mode: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand project requirements and functional specifications
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual testing (functional, regression, UI, and smoke testing)
- Identify, report, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools
- Coordinate with developers to validate bug fixes
- Participate in requirement analysis and QA discussions
- Maintain test documentation and reports
- Ensure product quality before releases
Required Skills:
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Software Testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC & STLC
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques
- Understanding of bug life cycle
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
For Interns (0 Years):
- Basic knowledge of software testing concepts
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
For Experienced Candidates (1–2 Years):
- Hands-on experience in manual testing
- Experience in writing and executing test cases
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA or similar
Good to Have (Not Mandatory):
- Knowledge of API testing (Postman, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Basic understanding of automation testing
Eligibility:
- Fresher / Recent graduate / Candidates with 1–2 years of experience
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
