Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and API testing for web applications.
Execute frontend and backend testing, including database validation using SQL queries.
Develop and execute automation scripts using Java and contribute to improving the automation framework.
Identify, log, track, and verify defects while ensuring timely resolution with the development team.
Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test documentation based on business requirements.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews.
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Support CI/CD processes using tools such as Jenkins and maintain automated test execution pipelines.
Work with Linux/UNIX environments and continuously evaluate new tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA, or a related field.
2+ Years experience in automation testing using Selenium WebDriver and Playwright.
Strong knowledge of Java, API testing, SQL, and software testing methodologies.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices, Jenkins, Git, and Linux/UNIX environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
