Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for overseeing quality control and assurance processes across all stages of production, ensuring adherence to standards and compliance requirements. Key responsibilities include conducting quality assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures. Strong collaboration with the production team and clear communication of quality goals will be essential.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Proven skills in Quality Management and Analytical Thinking
- Excellent Communication abilities to report findings and coordinate improvements
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Familiarity with organic farming standards and practices is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Agriculture, Quality Management, or a related field
