What You’ll Do
As a Quality Improvement Analyst, you’ll support our Consumer Benefit Solutions team by driving process efficiency and continuous improvement. Reporting to the India GCC group and working in coordination with U.S. leadership, you’ll help maintain best practice guidelines, operational policies, and procedures while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
You’ll create and review process documentation, job aids, and reference materials to enhance colleague performance across functional areas such as client management, systems delivery, sales, administrative services, and financial operations. You’ll also assist in managing and maintaining the Operations SharePoint site and support other quality initiatives throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn business processes, departmental functions, and role profiles.
- Deliver new and improved operational procedures that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Develop draft documentation using standardized templates, including process flows, job aids, and SOPs.
- Review content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to Aon standards; correct errors in grammar, format, and links.
- Maintain and organize the Consumer Operations SharePoint site, including security access and content libraries.
- Communicate important changes and new procedures to stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Support additional quality improvement projects as needed.
Skills And Experience For Success
- 3–5 years in operations, client services, quality management, or similar roles within education, training, or PMO.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with voluntary benefits (preferred, not required).
- Knowledge in implementing Six Sigma/Lean (DMAIC), FMEA techniques, Process mapping, Quality measurement criteria implementation
- Good understanding of process flows/diagrams and SOPs, able to conduct RCA and implement action
- Ability to act as a process SME over time
- Awareness of compliance and audit requirements
- Able to create and update quality trackers, reports and dashboards
Education
Bachelor’s Degree Required Or Equivalent Professional Experience.
