Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Analyst based in Indore. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of digital products by creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting defects, and suggesting improvements. The role involves working closely with development teams, analyzing requirements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to deliver seamless user experiences. The ideal candidate will also maintain detailed documentation and provide feedback to enhance product functionality.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively
- Expertise in Quality Control, including creating and implementing testing procedures
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies
- Experience in Quality Management, with a focus on maintaining product standards
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and the ability to work methodically
- Familiarity with testing tools and software is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the technology industry is preferred
