We're Hiring | Quality Analyst – Domestic BPO
We're looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad.
What we're looking for:
✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Quality Analyst in a Domestic BPO (Mandatory)
✅ Experience in call monitoring, audits, and quality scorecards
✅ Conducting calibration sessions with Operations and ensuring scoring consistency
✅ Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and recommending process improvements
✅ Providing constructive feedback, coaching, and refresher training to agents
✅ Strong understanding of quality metrics, compliance, and customer experience
✅ Exposure to COPC quality standards will be an added advantage
✅ Healthcare BPO experience is preferred
We're looking for someone who can partner with Operations to improve performance, drive quality initiatives, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
