Job Description
The Quality Analyst supports the success of the Account Manager program by evaluating customer interactions, identifying sales and retention opportunities, and ensuring adherence to consultative sales best practices. This team manages thousands of SMB merchants, each contributing to platform growth. The QA plays a central role in ensuring that every merchant receives an exceptional, high-quality experience that supports long-term adoption, revenue expansion, and CRM accuracy. The QA partners with Operations, Training, and the client to maintain calibration, refine sales behaviors, and drive continuous improvement across the team.
