Role Description
Compalgo Labs is seeking motivated candidates for a Quality Analysis Internship. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ranchi, with the flexibility to work remotely on select days. Interns will assist in testing software and website functionalities, conducting data analysis, performing market research, identifying quality issues, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Interns will also have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate insights effectively, and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify, assess, and mitigate quality issues
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with teams and articulate findings
- Proficiency in Market Research for understanding user requirements
- Familiarity with Finance principles and their application in problem-solving
- Ability to conduct detailed Research to support testing and quality assurance tasks
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid model
- Pursuing or completed a degree in B.Tech, Diploma, MCA, or BCA
- Experience with quality testing tools is a plus but not mandatory
