QA Lead

Must Haves: 1) Insurance experience is mut have 2) Lead experiences with globally distributed teams 3) Functional capacity as this will be QE transformation, JIRA & ADO Nice to Have/Additional Comments: Automation (Selenium+Java) Experience is Nice to have or should be ready to upscale/certification Job Description: Insurance domain experience, lead experiences with globally distributed teams, functional/automation capacity as this will be QE transformation Accountable and responsible for QE scope. Participate in daily stand-up meetings, update status and risks, and share daily status report and weekly status report Leads effort to build automation framework, create automation scripts and peer reviews the test scripts. Suggests Optimization and value-adds towards cycle time reduction in execution. Establishes key metrics. Implement and document best practices. Reviews existing test material and toolset to provide enhancement recommendations where relevant.
