Pricing Analyst

Offshore Pricing Analyst - Role RequirementsPricing Strategy & Development•Support the completion and assessment of pricing models for the company's IT support service offerings in international markets.•Collaborate with sales, account management and delivery teams to tailor competitive pricing proposals for customers.•Provide guidance on discount structures, optimization, and contract negotiations.•Ensure compliance with internal governance structures.•Continuously refine pricing tools and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.•Conduct competitive pricing analysis to benchmark against market trends.Data Management & Reporting•Generate pricing-related reports and provide insights to senior management regarding pricing trends, profitability, and sales performance.•Manage and maintain pricing databases.•Ability to manage large volumes of data.Education •Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.•Chartered Accountant, MBA, or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.Experience •4–5 years of proven experience in Deal pricing and financial analysis in the business consultancy service industry.•Good Experience in Pricing of T&M, Rate cards and Fixed Price/Milestone based Contracts.•Good understanding of pricing strategies, software and tools and related best practices.•Experience in IT Quality Assurance or Engineering or similar sectors is advantageous.Progression•Opportunity to progress inside 18 months to senior role for the right candidate
