Lead Data Engineer (B2 - ETL, Data Engineering and Data Validation)3 must havesETL 4/5Datacloud 4/5Data engineering 3/510+ years of experience in Data Engineering & Data Validation for migration projects.Architect and implement automated validation frameworks using Azure-native tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, and Azure SQL.Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Hands-on experience in commercial Data Validation tools like Datagaps, Querysurge, etc.Proficiency in Python scripting for automation of data validation.Solid knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks.Experience with ETL/ELT processes and best practices.Strong understanding of Azure Synapse, Azure Storage, and Azure Functions.Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Strong leadership and communication skills.
