Role Description
The Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA will be responsible for managing and executing audit assignments, preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax laws (direct and indirect), and providing advisory support for corporate and financial functions. Additional tasks include ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, assisting with accounting processes, and delivering strategic insights to clients. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad, requiring dedication to professional development and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Statutory & Internal Audits, Financial Statement Preparation, and Compliance Reporting.
- Proficiency in Direct Taxation, GST, and Corporate Tax Advisory.
- Familiarity with Company Law Matters and Regulatory Compliance.
- Competency in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Business Consulting.
- Proficient in utilizing accounting software and tools like Tally, Excel, and other financial systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and client interaction proficiency.
- CA qualification preferred; semi-qualified candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Experience with diverse industry sectors is a plus.
