Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-6 years of experience who can strengthen our financial systems and drive better decision-making through structured financial planning and analysis.
The role requires strong expertise in financial control, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Control: Establish and monitor financial controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and risk management.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop financial models, analyze performance, and provide insights for strategic decisions.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to track business performance.
MIS Setup & Implementation: Design and implement MIS reports and dashboards for management review and decision-making.
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial health of the organization.
Process Improvement: Identify gaps in financial systems and implement efficient processes and automation.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with leadership, operations, and external consultants/auditors.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)
3–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A / Financial Control roles
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience in MIS reporting and implementation
Proficiency in Excel and financial tools
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
Good communication and presentation skills
