About the role

As a Qualcomm Hardware Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to the design, development, and testing of Qualcomm's cutting-edge hardware products. You will be exposed to the entire product development lifecycle, working alongside experienced engineers to gain hands-on experience in areas such as circuit design, layout, simulation, and validation. Key responsibilities may include: - Assisting with the design and implementation of hardware components for Qualcomm's semiconductor products - Performing circuit simulations and analyses to validate design choices - Participating in the layout and physical design of integrated circuits - Developing and executing test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of hardware designs - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and deliverables - Presenting your work and findings to the broader engineering organization The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in electrical engineering or a related field, as well as a passion for hands-on hardware development. Experience with tools like Cadence, Synopsys, or MATLAB is a plus. Most importantly, you should be eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to the success of Qualcomm's hardware engineering efforts.
