The role will primarily focus on off-page SEO, on-page SEO, link building, outreach, community engagement, backlink analysis, and supporting on-page SEO initiatives. The candidate will work closely with the senior SEO lead to strengthen our organic growth efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns for guest posts, broken link building, and resource page placements.
- Build backlinks and referral traffic through active engagement on Reddit, Quora, forums, and niche communities.
- Identify high-intent link opportunities, brand mentions, and community discussions for organic promotion.
- Analyze competitor backlink strategies, uncover link gaps, and track backlink growth and recovery.
- Monitor backlink health, brand mentions, and link quality (live, indexable, dofollow, contextual).
- Support local SEO through Google Business Profile and citation management.
- Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and search volume assessment.
- Implement basic on-page SEO optimizations, including meta tags, internal linking, and image alt text.
- Collaborate with content teams to maintain linkable assets and support outreach efforts.
Required Skills
- 1+ year of SEO experience with strong exposure to off-page SEO
- Familiarity with Ahrefs/Semrush, GA4, and Google Search Console
- Strong outreach and communication skills
- Understanding of Reddit/forum ecosystems
- Basic understanding of GEO/AEO and AI search visibility
